Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time and stylist. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability. Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure the best possible experience. Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or rescheduling.
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee. Repeated last-minute cancellations may require a deposit for future bookings.
Some services may require a deposit at the time of booking. All payments are due upon completion of the service. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are unsatisfied with your service, please inform us before leaving the salon, and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly. Refunds are not available for completed services, but we may offer adjustments or touch-ups at our discretion.
For the comfort and safety of all clients, please inform your stylist of any allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to your appointment. We maintain high sanitation standards and follow all health regulations to ensure a clean and safe environment.
Luchrist Beauty Bar & Makeup is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal items during your visit. Please keep your valuables with you at all times.
We kindly request that only clients receiving services remain in the service area. Children must be supervised at all times. This helps maintain a relaxing and professional atmosphere for everyone.
With your consent, we may take photos or videos of your finished look for promotional purposes on our website and social media platforms. If you prefer not to be photographed, please let your stylist know before your service begins.
